WORLAND — The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office welcomes several interim managers to the Wind River/Bighorn Basin District.

For the next four months, Duane Spencer will be the district manager. Spencer is currently the Buffalo field manager and brings with him a wealth of experience in Wyoming natural resource management.
