Mead: Time to consider using rainy day fund

WORLAND - While visiting Worland and Washakie County leaders Monday, Wyoming Governor Matt Mead said it may be time for the state to consider dipping into the state's nearly $2 billion rainy day fund due to declining mineral prices.

State Representative Mike Greear, R-Worland, believes it is too soon to decide whether to use the emergency fund or not.
