The crack that went viral on social media located 30 plus miles south of Ten Sleep is a natural occurrence cause by ground water and a wet spring.
WORLAND - Ever since SNS Outfitters out of Casper published photographs on social media Oct. 23 of what appears to be a "gash" or "crack" in the earth 30 plus miles outside of Ten Sleep and Randy Becker posted his photographs on Oct. 26 of the same event, rumors have been running rampant about what the crack is and why it occurred.
