Casper delays bid on eclipse festival

CASPER (AP) — A Wyoming company has a chance to submit a proposal to organize an eclipse celebration after the Casper City Council voted to delay their pending bid to a Colorado company.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports that TownSquare Media, Wyoming, owner Bob Price asked the council on Tuesday to delay the bid to organize Eclipse Fest 2017, a planned four-day celestial celebration.
