Wyo. lacks policy on rainy day fund

CASPER (AP) — A report by the Pew Charitable Trusts says Wyoming’s $1.8 billion rainy day fund is one of the nation’s largest.

But it says the state is one of only two with such an account that lacks a law or policy governing its use.
