Lady Bobcats undefeated at Sho-Opolis Shootout

After having a tough time in Glenrock to open the season, the Lady Bobcats bounced back in a big way by winning all four contests over the weekend in the Sho-Opolis Shootout which took place in Thermopolis on Friday and Shoshoni on Saturday.

Thermopolis opened with a 41-23 victory over 1A Upton on Friday, followed with a 56-39 win over 2A Rocky Mountain and then closed the day by narrowing 1A Cokeville 37-34.

Saturday, the Lady Bobcats only had one game and were able to get past 1A Snake River 48-45 which capped off a perfect weekend.

Bobcats take two out of three games

After opening the weekend with the loss, the Bobcats finished the weekend with two impressive victories as they competed in the Sho-Opolis Shootout over the weekend.

Thermopolis faced Upton first – the top-ranked team in 1A – and gave the Bobcats all they could handle, but eventually fell 65-59.

They continued the strong play throughout the weekend, defeating 1A Cokeville 56-39 and 1A Snake River 63-40.
