CODY — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will hold a public meeting from 6-8 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Park County Library, Bison Room (1500 Heart Mountain St.) in Cody to discuss fisheries in the Big Horn Basin and proposed statewide fishing regulation changes for 2017-2018.
