Caballero, Garza and Harman among WHS regional champions

DOUGLAS - The Worland High School track team has been competing at the 3A East regional meet in Douglas at Douglas High School the past two days
Alexa Caballero kept the 3A East discus title with Worland by winning the event with a throw of 112-09. Porter Harman defended his title in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter and added the 800-meter to his list of titles. Josh Garza won the pole vault clearing 12-06.
Top three finishers so far for Worland have been Caballero third in the shot put, Andy Deniz tied for third in the high jump, Jaden Mickelson finished second in the triple jump and Maclin Wiley came in second in the discus.
