Next year's budget set for final approval

Council to act on 2019 budget; building official position at tonight’s meeting

WORLAND — The third and final reading of the 2018-2019 fiscal year budget comes before the Worland City Council for action tonight.

The budget, which will be for July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019, is among several items on tonight’s regular meeting.

Under the proposed budget, total general fund requirements are $5.67 million. Last year’s general fund was $5.8 million.

Also in the general fund is $497,249 cash reserve, $60,000 in payroll reserve and $10,000 in computer reserve.
