New year, new lagoon troubles for Ten Sleep

TEN SLEEP – The Ten Sleep Town Council will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the town hall, to provide an update on an ongoing town sewage lagoon project, with an ultimate goal of repairing the outdated facility.
