Northern Wyoming News - Serving the Big Horn Basin for over 100 years

Sheena Tilley of Sheen had her costume for the Worland business costume contest, sponsored by the Worland-Ten Sleep Chamber of Commerce, match her scarecrow for another contest. Sheen won first place in the costume contest. The event raised $315 for the Big Horn Basin chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
