Attendees of the Whole Grain Nutrition Ancient Heritage Grains event on Feb. 11 participate in a baking workshop after the lecture. They prepared their own baked goods using flour and corn meal from Wyoming Heritage Grains, a family business headed by Sara Wood of Ralston.
