Hot Springs County, Riverton win classes at Worland meet

Christopher Bapst and Kalebh Nelson of Hot Springs County High School work on research for their upcoming extemporaneous speaking round at Saturday's speech meet in Worland.

WORLAND - Hot Springs County High School speech team took first in 1A/2A at the Worland meet Saturday.

There were 13 teams competing. Greybull was second in 1A/2A. Riverton took first in 3A/4A with Natrona County second.

Worland had a few placers at the home meet, led by Elizabeth Bleicher who took first in oratory.

Other placers were Kaydence Mosley in program oral interpretation (POI) and fifth...
