Frandson remembered as a leader, patriot, family man

WORLAND — Washakie County Clerk Mary Grace Strauch announced Wednesday, July 27 that Commissioner Chairman Fred Frandson had withdrawn from the county commissioner race and less than a week later, Frandson passed away.
Frandson passed away on Monday, August 1, after a battle with cancer.
He was appointed to the Washakie County Commissioners on June 30, 2016, and elected to a full term in 2018...
