Lawley's sponsored bill progresses

Last Thursday, Martha Lawley (R-Worland) presented her sponsored house Bill 121 to the House Revenue Committee. The bill would make amendments to the property tax deferral program, by raising the responsibility of property tax deferment out of the counties to the Department of Revenue.
