Ned Boyce “Smut” Smotherman, 81, of Mills, Wyoming, passed away at his residence on Jan. 22, 2023. Ned was born in Thermopolis, Wyoming, on April 26, 1941. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Worland, Wyoming.
