Ruth Eleanor (Vinson) Pletcher, 86, passed away April 22, 2024, at the Thermopolis Wellness and Rehabilitation Center.
Ruth was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Sept. 13, 1937. Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Worland.
