Danny Lee Garcia

Danny Lee Garcia, beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away on May 27, 2024, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was 43 years old.

Danny was born on December 26, 1980, in Worland, Wyoming, to proud parents Ruben Pimentel and Caroline (Solis) Garcia. His early years were spent in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he enjoyed the adventures of childhood and being surrounded by his family. In the 1990s, the family returned to Worland, where Danny completed his high school education, and made friends that stayed with him to the very end.

A man of many talents and passions, Danny took pride in his work. He earned his CDL and embarked on a fulfilling career, first with Pepsi and later in the oil field. His dedication and skill were evident in all that he did, whether it was behind the wheel or transforming landscapes. Danny's green thumb and landscaping talent brought beauty to countless yards in his community, a testament to his generous spirit and commitment to service.

In 2004, Danny crossed paths with the love of his life, Kimberly McLeran, through mutual friends. Their connection blossomed into a deep and enduring love, culminating in marriage on April 15, 2023. Together, they welcomed two precious children into the world, Jaydon and Kyah, who were the lights of Danny's life.

Despite facing the immense challenge of cancer at the age of 37, Danny approached each day with unwavering faith and courage. Throughout six years of treatment, he remained steadfast in his belief, finding solace and purpose in his dedication to God. He pursued his dream of becoming a pastor, attending the Central School of Ministry, with the hope of ministering to others and sharing his boundless love for God.

In his free time, Danny embraced the outdoors with enthusiasm, finding joy in camping, fishing, and any adventure that came his way. His adventurous spirit and zest for life were contagious, and he was always ready to seize the moment and make memories with those he held dear.

Above all, Danny was a devoted husband and father, a fierce protector, and a pillar of strength for his family. His love knew no bounds, and his unwavering faith in God sustained him through life's trials. His legacy of love, resilience, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
