    CODY — After an 80-minute executive session Tuesday night, the Cody City Council made no decision about the sole topic of discussion: the temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints proposed for Skyline Drive.     Via Wyoming News Exchange CODY — The Preserve Our Cody Neighborhoods Group, which opposes constructing a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple off Skyline Drive, has asked to “intervene” in the church’s lawsuit to ensure its interests will be represented throughout the proceedings.     CODY —- Yet again, the city of Cody Planning and Zoning board has delayed making final decisions on the proposed Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple to be located off Skyline Drive, as members tabled approval of the site plan during their July 25 special meeting — for the third time. The site plan was tabled to allow the city and the applicant to work out a development agreement for the proposed temple.     CODY - As soon as Park County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jack Hatfield called his last witness to testify on the seventh day of Carolyn Aune's murder trial on Tuesday, her counsel, Elisabeth Trefonas, filed for an acquittal, saying the evidence presented was not enough to convict her client.
