    POWELL — Northwest College Forensics claimed its place as top community college in the Western States Communication Association Tournament at Santa Clara University in California. Ignite Talks began in Seattle in 2006 and are now in more than 350 cities worldwide including Basin, according to organizer Lynn Davies.
