    Representative Martha Lawley's (R- Big Horn, Washakie) House Bill 121 moved on to the Senate on Feb. 3. "It was definitely good news for me. I'm very thankful for that," Lawley said. She was born November 21 of 1936, in Greybull, Wyoming to Edela and Charles Reidil. Josephine graduated from Basin High School, Class of 1953. Bud was born in Worland on November 5, 1934, the youngest of two boys born to Jacob Eckhardt and Elizabeth Katherine (Bott) Eckhardt.     On February 4, 2023, at approximately 12:46 p.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) Troopers were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance in the area of Bitter Creek Rest Area within Sweetwater County. The reporting party told the patrol dispatch they thought the driver of a grey Volvo semi-tractor trailer was dealing with a domestic disturbance with her ex-boyfriend.
