    WORLAND - Reese & Ray's IGA in Worland will not be re-opening, according to officials from new owners, Eaglecav LLC out of South Dakota. Rodney Messmer of Eaglecav said on Monday that the grocery store, which officially closed Saturday night, will not be re-opening but the liquor store remains open at this time.     WORLAND - Worland Mayor Jim Gill appointed, with council approval, Kody DeMunbrun to fill the Ward 2 vacancy left by the death earlier this summer of Dennis Koch. DeMunbrun was one of three candidates who submitted letters of interest and spoke to the council Tuesday night. Gill noted a fourth candidate withdrew his name.     WORLAND - Twenty cars nd battled in the first Worland Harvest Festival Demolition Derby with two Riverton drivers crashing their way to two of the three top spots.
