    WORLAND — The Worland City Council, following a public hearing Tuesday night in which they heard two objections, approved renewal of all liquor licenses currently held within city limits. During the public hearing, City Attorney Kent Richins referred to a letter in which Chris King of Apex Legal services and Stogie Joe’s objected to the city renewing the retail liquor license for Rumors Sports Bar & Grill and Scheuerman Hospitality doing business as Comfort Inn.     WORLAND — The 2020 Wyoming Legislative Budget Session entered its second week this week and Rep. John Winter (R-Thermopolis, House District 28) said it has been an “amazing process.” Winter was elected in 2016 and this is his first budget session.     The Washakie County Commissioners met Tuesday to discuss a range of issues Tuesday at the courthouse in Worland. After an update from Keith Bower on the state of roads and bridges, the commissioners considered the problem of several electronic locks on doors in the Washakie County Courthouse that no longer function properly.     WORLAND — A bill that would amend the minimum school age has passed out of committee and will now await debate by entire State House. House Bill 174 changes the minimum age for children to register for “kindergarten in the public schools of this state in the year in which his fifth birthday falls on or before Aug. 1.” Current statute has the date for the fifth birthday as Sept. 15.     WORLAND — As the Democratic presidential candidates gear up for the Nevada presidential caucus this Saturday, the process in Wyoming has already begun with a mail-in ballot mailed out earlier this week. Steve was born in Cambridge, Nebraska on December 4, 1954 to Kenneth Lowell and Colleen Joyce (Dillan) Bose. He moved to Ten Sleep in 1970 and graduated from Ten Sleep High School in 1973.
